Yngrid is a Psychologist and professional recruiter who has brought her passion for helping others into her profession.

She understands the sector like the back of her hand and thus knows first-hand what classifies a candidate for a job because she is the person who selects the candidates.

After seeing so many candidates getting rejected on account of their 'week' resumes, she decided to to something about it and assembled a specialised team to help professionals increase their chances of getting the jobs they want.

Aside her experience as a general manager at Boost Your Resume, she's a professional recruiter working alongside an Australian agency. She holds a diploma and advanced diploma in human resources by TAFE and a bachelor's degree with an emphasis on HR in addition to being a career's coach helping professionals choosing the best path according to their qualifications and personal wants.
